An beiden Tagen kann es bei Bewerbungen, Einschreibungen oder Anträge auf Immatrikulation sowie andere studentischen Anwendungen (Rückmeldung, Immatrikulationsbescheinigungen etc.) zu Einschränkungen kommen. Ab dem 28.08. stehen alle Funktionen wieder wie gewohnt zur Verfügung.

Study Content

Renewable generation, distribution and use of electrical energy is one of the most important challenges of our time. The Electrical Power Engineering/ Physicsplus programme enables graduates to work on solutions for the energy supply of the future.

In addition to energy technology, the Electrical Power Engineering / Physicsplus programme contains a higher proportion of physics than the other programmes offered by the university.

The plus in the name means that about 15 % of the study contents are pedagogy and didactics, which are contributed by the Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg. This gives graduates the choice of working as engineers with a bachelor's degree or becoming teachers at a vocational school, for example a technical high school. In order to facilitate this decision, two school internships take place during the studies.
